Start the ConversationStrategist & Systems Thinker
Kyle McNease is a strategist, systems thinker, and advisor who has spent the past 15 years working at the intersection of health, education, technology, and ethics. Trained in communication and bioethics, he has served at senior levels in government and nonprofit leadership, successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across sectors.
Kyle's work spans a range of domains—from authoring a $12 million SAMHSA system-of-care grant to supporting legislative redistricting compliance in Georgia, to prototyping decentralized COVID test distribution systems during the pandemic. His ability to move fluidly between public systems, private innovation, and academic insight is grounded in lived experience: as a patient navigating broken systems, a clinician supporting vulnerable communities, and a researcher translating meaning into method.
He is the founder of Prognosis Hope, a consultancy born from the conviction that strategic clarity and compassionate design can—and must—coexist. More recently, Kyle has turned his focus toward applied AI, seeking to build systems that integrate cognitive models into real-world workflows. He is the architect of SCRIBE AI, an emerging research assistant designed for bioethics and public health contexts.
